Please read the following Shop Terms for details on Orders, Shipping/Pickup, Cancellations, and Returns/Refunds. By purchasing any of our Products or engaging any of our Services, you agree to these Shop Terms, as well as our General Terms & Conditions.

Shop Terms

ORDER TURNAROUND
Most of our products are made and packaged fresh upon order, including blending all our teas. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days.
SHIPPING / PICKUP
We currently only ship to US addresses via USPS Priority or UPS Ground, from our Tea Lounge in Naperville IL. Shipment times may vary based on your location, but generally arrive within 2-5 business days after we ship. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped.

For pickup orders, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. You may stop by anytime during our Tea Lounge opening hours (see bottom of page) to pickup your order. Please mention your name and order # to our lovely tea-ristas.
CANCELLATIONS
Because we start preparing your order soon after it is placed, we can only accept cancellations within 5 hours of the order being placed. So if you placed the order at midnight, you have until 5am to cancel the order. To cancel, please email us at [email protected] (no worries, we count the time of receiving your email, not when we see it).
RETURNS / REFUNDS
All products purchased from our online store or from our Tea Lounge are sold on a non-returnable, non-refundable basis, unless the product is incorrect or damaged.

We will NOT accept returns or offer refunds if:
- you change your mind or you accidentally order the incorrect item
- you do not like the product you ordered (we offer lots of sample sizes and you can always ask us for recommendations!)
- item is opened or tampered with (this is to ensure food safety!)
- something goes wrong because you provide incorrect billing details, shipping details, payment info, or other order info

// For incorrect items: if you receive something different than what you ordered, DO NOT open the packaging of the item. To maintain food safety regulations, we do not accept returns/refunds of items that have been opened or tampered with. Please contact us at [email protected] and we'll send you the correct item or resolve the issue to the best of our abilities.

// For damaged items: please send us the details and photos of the damaged items to [email protected] within 14 days of the order arriving at your doorstep and we'll do our best to resolve the issue to your wishes.
